Most small UK charities need support for their staff in managing their desktops, latops and peripherals, but don’t necessarily want to commit to an expensive support contract.

Faqs
Can we use your services to support our staff on an ad-hoc basis?
Yes you absolutely can use our services to support your staff remotely. We charge on a per incident basis (you can also prepay for blocks of support hours rather than a single incident) and you have to prepay before one of our team can connect remotely to one of your staff for support. If you have a regular need for support we would recommend that you pick one of our monthly support packages as the most cost effective solution. This will give you a set number of hours each month that can be used across remote support, website management, marketing and graphic design. You can also purchase a bolt on support package which will give you additional hours if needed.
Do you offer support via a monthly subscription?
Yes we do offer a monthly subscription starting at £500pcm for 10 hours of support across all our services (remote support, website management, marketing and graphic design). Our subscription service gives you priority support and your hours can be used across all of our charity support services. So you might have 3 hours of remote IT support, 1 hour of graphic design, 4 hours of marketing support and 2 hours of website content support all covered in the fixed monthly fee.
Am I tied into a minimum term with your subscription service?
Our subscription services are based on a 30 day rolling basis, so you can cancel a subscription at any time by giving us 30 days notice and you will of course continue to receive priority support up to the end date of your subscription. Any unused hours will be lost however once a subscription ends. Equally you can sign up for a subscription again with us if your situation or requirements change at any time.
What happens when my subscription ends?
All subscriptions are based on a 30 day rolling basis and subscriptions do not end as such, but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time giving us 30 days notice. Please note that if you cancel a subscription, any unused hours will be lost.
What happens if I need more support in a month than my subscription allows ?
You have a couple of options if you need additional support during a month.
1 – You can upgrade your subscription package if you feel that you will need additional support on a regular basis, or
2 – You can buy a bolt on support package for that month which will give you additional hours, or
3 – You can pay on a per incident basis for any additional support for that month
Are there any offers?
We don’t have special offers or discounts, as we offer a clear and simple cost effcective pricing structure for all our clients. We aim to deliver a valued service at an affordable rate that will be achieveable for most charity clients.
Do you just work remotely or do you also offer on site support?
We typically work remotely to support our charity clients, but we do also understand that sometimes an on site visit can be needed, and this can be arranged in advance given suitable notice.
Where is your head office?
Our head office is in Pewsey in Wiltshire, but we also have locations in Exeter in Devon and Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
Do you just support charities and social enterprises?
No we also support small and medium sized businesses, but our focus is on the 3rd sector for charities, social enterprises, not for profits and voluntary organisations.
